Kathy and I wanted to thank you for all your efforts in finding us the “impossible opportunity” on Singer Island. Kathy and I had been looking on the island for almost a year in an attempt to find a property we could afford that would be directly on the beach. As you know, we were living on the Inlet in Palm Beach Shores at the South end of the Island, and we really wanted something directly on the beach. When we first met, we told you what we were looking for in our price range, and despite the fact that we all agreed that no such place existed, you agreed to help us find something that would make us happy, and keep us on Singer Island.

Probably the nicest part of doing business with you was your familiarity with the properties on the Island, which kept us (especially me) from lugging around from building to building looking for something we might be interested in living. Your tech savvy manner also helped us see things we would not ordinarily see without getting out and “beating the bushes.” Your persistence paid off for us in not only finding us a property, but also putting together a deal that kept us in our budget, and delivered on our dream location. I believe the deal also made the owner of the property quite happy as he and I have become fast friends.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience with me, your persistence, and your professionalism. Now, if we can just sell our house in Atlanta……any chance you will be moving to Atlanta in the near future ? It’s a great place to live!!
